Picky girl review incoming! Diet Coke nice but no ice. Fabulous hot drinks though! (Cappuccino queeeeenies will be happy). If you decide to get the Coffee press eggs Benedict, they are lovely ! However it is definitely a brunch! (You won’t need to eat for a while as it has haggis in it). Beautifully complemented by the Sriracha sauce. Service is lovely. Highly recommend !!

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by two very friendly ladies working behind the counter — their warm welcome set the tone for the visit. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, with the gentle hum of conversation and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee lingering in the air. I ordered a coffee (which was excellent: rich, smooth, and well-prepared) Beyond the drink and dessert, the café offers a comfortable place to sit and unwind — whether you’re with friends, reading, or just escaping for a few minutes. The staff maintained an attentive but unhurried service, which added to the pleasant experience. If I were to sum it up: The Coffee Press is a strong choice for anyone looking for a good coffee, pleasant service, and a welcoming space in Kilmarnock. I will definitely return. I gave em my card too for heating/boiler service
Excellent food & soul nourishing soups as well as great coffee. Friendly service and excellent wifi. What more can one as for? Mouth watering cake? They have that too.
First time visiting today and will definitely be returning frequently. The food was lovely as was the coffee. Service was great with friendly staff and barely any wait time for our order to be brought out despite it being a large order and the place being busy. So impressed and a great atmosphere. A real diamond and credit to the town. So happy to have found somewhere nice to go to that’s local!
Currently doing takeaway brunch on Sunday. We had an Eggs benedict and a muffin. Delicious!
A wee gem of a coffee shop. Food very tasty and cakes to die for
